Appointee Removal from Office

By authority of H.I.R.H. Prince Theodore IX Lascaris Comnenus, Grand Master, it is hereby announced that Michael Schmickrath was previously appointed as “Supreme Grand Exarch of the Americas”—never as Supreme Grand Exarch—of this Order.

Said appointee was recommended to office by the undersigned.  The corresponding appointment credential was signed by the Prince Grand Master and by the undersigned.  Said appointee was removed as Supreme Grand Exarch of the Americas at once after appointment. His credential was not surrendered but instead flaunted about as valid.  Termination was for reason of infraction of established rules, refusal to cooperate, lack of accountability, and the marketing of titles and honors of The House based on published price lists.  Unauthorized use of House Insignia and Symbols continues to date.

Honors and Titles by The House are charismatic endowments bestowed gratis.

H.I.R.H. Prince Theodore IX has charged the undersigned to act forthwith in protection of this Institution against public perception of approval or association with the above or other such activities.

This is to inform all interests that Amanda Purdon, as published in print and on the Internet, is neither a Grand Dame of the Order of Saint Helen nor is she a member of the Supreme Grand Council of the Order or of  both the Constantinian and Helenian Orders combined.

The existence of such appointments by cooperative recipients are discredited machinations and falsehoods of the above dismissed Michael Schmickrath who never tendered his resignation on the direct order of  H.I.R.H. Prince Theodore IX
